Select the intelligence level
- Low: use it for direct queries and brief summaries. It uses fewer credits.
- Medium: use it for regular queries, such as checking stock or order status.
- High: reserve it for complex tasks that require several steps or combining data from different areas.

Define the question or task
Specify the affected item, sales or purchase order, manufacturing order, period, customer, resource or module.

Define the scope
Decide whether you want only an answer, an analysis or an action that creates or changes data.Write your request specifying which data you need and which response you expect.
- Query: “What is the available stock of item A-102 in the main warehouse?”
- Analysis: “Summarize the unplanned stops for MO 1045 and indicate the total time lost.”

Configure execution
Choose the task’s Visibility and Work mode. Use Read only if Boldy should only query data. Select Allow changes only if it should act on your behalf. Attach files if the task needs them.

Check permissions
Ensure your user can access the necessary data and actions.

Review the sources
Check the response against related records, reports or documents when the decision matters.

Audit the result
Review the history, inputs used and actions performed.
Write a clear request
Include the necessary operational context:- exact period;
- items, customers, suppliers or orders;
- the decision you want to make;
- real constraints, such as date, capacity or supplier;
- expected format, such as an action list or summary by priority.
