A package is an identifiable physical unit, such as a box, pallet, or drum. The container type defines the package’s format and dimensions.

Create a container type

Path: Warehouse > Container types

Create the type

Click Create new container type.

Enter its data

Enter the Name and, where applicable, Width, Length, and Height in millimeters.

Save the type

Click Create.

Click Create new container.

Specify where it is

Select the location and container type.

Identify it

Enter a Code or let Bold generate one.

Save the package

Click Create.
In the package details, you can add or remove contents by item, lot, and quantity. Use its code to identify it during movements.
