Keep company data up to date before creating documents, designs or integrations. Also review the time zone, language, prefixes and options that automate processes.

My account

In Control panel > My account you manage the details of your own user. Changes only affect you and apply in every company you have access to.
  • Personal details: you can change your first and last name. Both are required. Your email identifies your account to sign in and cannot be changed.
  • Preferences: you choose the language you see the application in. If you select Company language, each company’s configured language is used.
  • Connections: you link your Telegram account to chat with Boldy. See Link Telegram.
Your user name is independent of the name of the linked employee. Changing one does not change the other.

Plan capacity

In Control panel > Subscription, the Plan tab shows usage and limits for employees, SKUs, locations and storage. Storage values are displayed in bytes, kB, MB or GB according to their size. The ∞ symbol indicates there is no limit. The displayed limit corresponds to your contract and can vary between companies with the same plan name. The Features section indicates whether your contract includes production plans, multiple lot management, webhooks, advanced logistics and analytics reports. Advanced logistics lets you create containers, load orders and warehouse jobs. A feature marked Not included is unavailable under that contract. Storage includes files saved by Bold. If a new upload exceeds the plan limit, Bold rejects it. You can view the space used and the limit before adding files.

Billing and payment method

The billing profile contains the legal name, tax ID, address and invoice recipients. In Control panel > Subscription, you can view invoices and manage the available payment method. Account invoices are issued through Holded. Bold shows the information and actions available for each invoice without exposing the billing service’s internal configuration. The plan description on invoices includes the contracted name, such as Plan Lite or Plan Pro. Stripe payment receipts include an invoice reference, such as Factura BIL260042 (invoice BIL260042), so you can relate both documents. Prices are shown excluding VAT and identified with + VAT. If a payment requires authentication or fails, use the available invoice action to complete payment or update the method.

AI credits

In Control panel > Subscription, you can view credits included in the plan and purchased credits.
  • Included credits renew with the plan’s monthly period and are consumed first.
  • Purchased credits come from one-off purchases and retain their balance between months.
  • Plans with unlimited credits do not display a low-balance warning.
Purchasing credits requires administrative access. Before confirming, review the quantity and price + VAT.
