A movement transfers stock between locations without creating demand or supply. Path: Work mode > Warehouse > Movements

Execute a planned movement

1

Select equipment

Choose the equipment you will use for the transfer.
2

Start the movement

Open a movement in Ready status and click Start.
3

Confirm the source

Click I’m here or scan the location code.
4

Record pick-ups

Confirm each pick-up with Picked up. Click Continue when finished at that location. If the equipment is full or you will not pick up more materials for this movement, use I can’t load any more. The movement takes you to deliver what you are already carrying; pending pick-ups remain unexecuted.
5

Record deliveries

Confirm the destination and each delivery with Left. If the material need changes while you carry the load, deliver the picked-up materials anyway; the system updates their allocation. If you leave the movement and return, you can continue from the recorded load and location.
6

Complete the movement

Click Complete movement when the current load is empty.

Create a direct transfer

Click New movement to transfer materials without a planned task. Specify the source and confirm pick-up. Then select the destination and confirm delivery following the screen’s instructions.
In management mode, open Warehouse > Movements to view transfer status and history.
