To receive the same event through App and Email, create a subscription for each channel. You can use different filters for each one.

Each card shows the channel, entity and event. The Filtered indicator lets you view the saved condition; No filters means you receive the event every time it occurs.
  • Change filters: click Edit filters on the card, adjust the conditions and click Save. This action only appears if the event supports filters. To receive all alerts for the event again, remove the conditions and save.
  • Stop receiving the event: click Remove on its card. If you also have a subscription to the same event in the other channel, that subscription remains.
  • Receive it again or add another channel: click Create a subscription and complete the wizard again.

If you cannot find an event

Check the selected channel and the cards under Your subscriptions. An event you are already subscribed to does not appear for you to add again in that channel. Use its card to edit filters or go back in the wizard to choose the other channel.
Use webhooks when the recipient is another system. Notifications are intended to alert Bold users.
