All plans give you access to every Bold Factory module — MES, MRP, WMS, CMMS, AI Agents, and Analytics. The differences between plans are in usage limits and included onboarding hours, not in features.
Understanding AI Credits
AI Credits are the currency that powers Bold Factory’s AI Agents. Every time an AI Agent performs an automated action on your behalf — generating a production schedule suggestion, flagging a purchasing anomaly, drafting a maintenance report, or running a demand forecast — it consumes a small number of credits. Your plan includes a monthly credit allowance that resets at the start of each billing cycle. Credits do not roll over from month to month.| Action type | Approximate credit cost |

Exact credit consumption depends on the complexity of the task and the volume of data processed. Your AI Agents dashboard shows a real-time breakdown of credit usage so you can monitor consumption at any time.

Upgrading between plans
You can upgrade your plan at any time from within your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately — you gain access to the higher limits and credit allowance from the moment the upgrade is confirmed, and your billing is prorated for the remainder of the current month. To upgrade:- Go to Settings → Subscription in your Bold Factory account.
- Select your new plan and review the updated pricing.
- Confirm the upgrade. Your new limits apply instantly.
Downgrading from Pro to Lite is also possible, but takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Make sure your usage (users, SKUs, locations) is within Lite limits before downgrading to avoid disruption.

The Enterprise plan is designed for larger manufacturing businesses or groups that need unlimited scale, custom integrations, dedicated account management, or bespoke onboarding programmes. Yes. Bold Factory is a continuously evolving cloud platform. New features and improvements are deployed regularly and become available to all subscribers automatically — there are no upgrade fees or version migrations to manage.

Your data remains accessible for 30 days after your subscription ends, giving you time to export what you need. After 30 days, your data is permanently deleted from Bold Factory’s servers in accordance with the data processing agreement.
